♦️On #THERKBSHOW a Building is declared unsafe under Sec 354
♦️No one has seen the report under which it has been declared unsafe
♦️Vile Parle (East) Kanhaiya Building
♦️Water and Electricity cut off by BMC o
♦️Not for non-payment Of Bills
♦️But because the Building has been declared UNSAFE
♦️The resident tenants say they have a report from an IIT civil engineering professor that says the building can be repaired
♦️They were repairing the building but the BMC , allegedly under inspiration from the Builders, first issued a STOP WORK notice
♦️And then cut off their water and electricity
♦️They have also told them to vacate
♦️In the Monsoon
♦️Without offering an alternative accommodation
♦️The Builder will make crores from redevelopment
♦️But is unwilling even to offer rented premises for tenants who have been here for more than 50 years
♦️The local Corporator, MLA, MP are busy in Victory celebrations
